Terms and Conditions

Confirmation of booking and payment of deposit assumes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions below:

Booking Confirmation
20% Deposit required to conform the booking
Balance payable on departure in cash or by bank transfer
Tourist Tax payable locally of € 1,10 per adult per night

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in : Guest rooms / apartments will be ready from 3pm on the day of arrival

Check-out : Guests are asked to vacatetheir room / apartment before 10.30 am on the day of departure

Please notify us at least 7 days in advance if you plan to arrive before or depart after these times and we will advise you if this possible.

Changes to a Booking

- Changes to a booking will only be considered when notification is given at least 30 days prior to arrival.

- The full Booking Price is payable in the event of late arrival or early departure including for reason of medical or other emergency.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy follows the terms as laid out by the Austrian Hotel Contract, that is to say:

- Cancellation more than three months before the arrival date does not incur a charge and any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

- Cancellation up to one month before arrival will be charged at 40% of the full price.

- Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival will be charged at 70% of the full price.

- Cancellations later than 7 days before arrival  or no-shows will be charged at 90% of the full price.
